What We Collect
We collect the account details you use to sign in, the scenarios you choose to save, and the basic session data needed to keep you signed in securely. We do not require an account to use the calculator itself.
How We Use It
Saved scenarios store the assumptions, notes, and property context you attach to an analysis. This lets you reopen a deal, compare versions, and keep imported listing data connected to the work you saved.
Authentication & Passkeys
Authentication uses Better Auth with secure cookies. If you add a passkey, the browser and authenticator handle the credential itself. We store only the passkey metadata required to verify future sign-ins.
Cookies & Sharing
We use cookies and similar session storage strictly to authenticate users, restore saved work, and keep the product functioning. We do not sell personal data or use saved underwriting information for advertising.
